CaptureShield operates on a subscription model. Payments are billed at the start of each billing period.1. Refunds
CaptureShield offers refunds within 14 days of the original purchase.If you request a refund within this window, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and the payment will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds are not available after the 14‑day period.Refunds apply only to the most recent charge. Previous billing periods are not eligible.2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for past payments unless the request falls within the 14‑day refund window.Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.3. Billing Issues
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support at [email protected] and we will review the case.4. Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional period is offered, charges begin automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. Refunds for trial‑to‑paid conversions follow the same 14‑day refund window.
